I can tell they have a genuine interest in keeping the place looking good for the kids. There were some upgrades to the floor going on, the staircase was decorated with some colorful, hand painted murals and the hallways were very clean, quiet and isolated. They escorted us to a waiting area where we had to take off our shoes before we moved into the very small room where we would meet the baby. The room was filled with toys, a small kids table and chairs and a small loveseat. There was so much anticipation we could hardly control ourselves.
